If you operate a motor vehicle with your blood alcohol content (BAC) above the legal limit, what will happen?

A person with a minimum blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08 percent is considered legally intoxicated. If a test shows you to be at or above this BAC level while operating a motor vehicle, your driving privileges will be automatically revoked for a minimum of 30 days. Additional license suspensions, fines, and community service may be imposed if you are later convicted of riding under the influence.
